The flipped classroom is used for having a better teaching experience. This is also described as a instructional strategy that changes the traditional learning environment by giving instructional content and instruction outside of the classroom. This instructional design has more activities which results in more people trying to i=engage in it and become more interested. These activities are usually more hands on and requires people to be more creative rather than having homework in the classroom. Open educational resources are different teaching and learning materials. These materials can be digital or any other kind that people allows people to have limited restrictions. These resources provides text, media and other digital assets that are useful fo teaching and learning majority groups of different people. Certain examples of OER includes full university courses, digital textbooks and interactive mini-lessons. Khan academy provides online practice exercise and instructional videos. People can study at their own pace even if its in or outside of the classroom. https://www.khanacademy.org/ I have experienced many new skills that I have acquired from working on the powerpoint assignments. I found this to be one of the easiest ways to demonstrate and present new information to people. I found that by using power points can make your information more organized by having each part of the section on each slide. I have experienced many functions such as word art, that can give my powerpoint more detail and have a create outlook. I also learned that you can have different transitions when moving from each different slide. I liked the amount of functions available for this but it can be overwhelming and complicated because by having many functions, it makes it easier to mess up on certain things.

With data collection surveys, or excel tools as a teacher for many reasons. As a 6th grade math teacher, by having data collection surveys which gathers information on certain topics. Usually by having information provided on a data collection survey it is easier to comprehend. It is also more organized which allows students to also have a better understanding. Excel is also very useful because it provides many calculations for math problems in each category. Excel is often useful for for a math teacher by looking at numbers provided. I found that there were many interesting topics from reviewing my classmates blogs. Most of the blogs had to do with many similar subjects that helps people relate and have a better understanding of it. Some topics i found interesting all had to do with todays technology. When working with Diigo, I learned many new skills that I obtained while working. Diigo is basically a social bookmarking website that allows users to bookmark webpage. It is also a powerful research tool that is used by a wide variety of people. In my opinion, this is a good way to develop better reading and research strategies. This application can be useful in my classroom with team members and for my individual professional efforts in many ways. As a whole, it is very useful by having it be a knowledge-sharing community.
