In the future, there are certain ELA technology standards i feel most prepared to teach with my existing knowledge. I plan on becoming a manager for a company and eventually try to work my way up to a higher position. With this job, by showing leadership skills plays an important role for being in this job position. This can be considered one of the standards required for holding a job as a manager. I feel confident with this standard because i usually demonstrate signs of leadership in my everyday life. I also would require more learning on my part when trying to stay organized when when presenting new facts and information. By hiring new people and being in charge of holding different people and companies information.
The tool I would use it in my classroom would be computers. By displaying presentations or a new lesson it is very convenient. Many people learn and obtain information better when it is physically projected to them. I find that it is very informative and can display information in many ways.
New skills that i acquired from working on the Newsletter Design assignment includes applying word art. With word art i learned that not only you can change the font, design, and color of any word, but you can also apply different pictures made out of clustered words. I liked this assignment because i got to experience different functions on word that I did not know before. This can be used in my future career in many ways. By displaying different and creative skills can interest people and make your presentations more professional. This can be very useful also by demonstrating different information in many ways.

When working with Diigo, I learned many new skills that I obtained while working. Diigo is basically a social bookmarking website that allows users to bookmark webpage. It is also a powerful research tool that is used by a wide variety of people. In my opinion, this is a good way to develop better reading and research strategies. This application can be useful in my classroom with team members and for my individual professional efforts in many ways. As a whole, it is very useful by having it be a knowledge-sharing community.
